He has held senior roles within start-ups, the UK public sector, banking, and global energy organisations in the UK and Middle East, bringing a broad, practical perspective on risk. He founded Consilium to provide a more personal, pragmatic alternative to traditional consulting, working closely with organisations to design and embed risk management approaches that are proportionate, effective, and aligned to real business outcomes.

Janet Tsimba is a Risk & Assurance professional with over a decade of experience delivering enterprise risk frameworks across government, financial services and global organisations. She specialises in strengthening governance, enhancing operational resilience and embedding practical, proportionate risk management within complex and regulated environments.
